ADrPLEXUS APP Fair Usage Policy
ADrPLEXUS Courses are meant to be used by the registered user on one device . Any act of sharing credentials will be strictly monitored which will result in immediate termination of services without a fee refund.
Please note that the Fair Usage Policy outlined above applies to all mobile applications developed and distributed by ADRPLEXUS on the Google Play Store , IOS and other platforms. Users are required to adhere to these terms and conditions when accessing any of our apps.
1. Single User Policy: ADrPLEXUS courses are intended for individual use by the registered user on one device only. Sharing credentials or allowing multiple users to access the content using the same login information is strictly prohibited.
2. Monitoring: ADrPLEXUS employs advanced monitoring systems to detect any unauthorized sharing of credentials. Any suspicious activity, including simultaneous logins from different IP addresses or locations, will be closely monitored and investigated.
3. Immediate Termination: In the event of any violation of the single user policy or any other terms of service, ADrPLEXUS reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to the user without any refund of fees.
4. Technical Measures: ADrPLEXUS implements various technical measures to prevent dual usage of accounts. These measures may include but are not limited to:
IP Address Monitoring: Monitoring of IP addresses to ensure that only one device is accessing the course content at any given time.
Device Identification: Utilizing device fingerprinting techniques to identify and track devices accessing the course materials.
Location Tracking: Monitoring the geographical location of users to detect any discrepancies or unauthorized access.
Session Management: Implementing session management protocols to prevent simultaneous logins from multiple devices.
5. Legal Action: ADrPLEXUS reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found to be in violation of the Fair Usage Policy. This may include pursuing civil remedies and seeking damages for any losses incurred due to unauthorized usage or sharing of course content.
6. Educational Integrity: ADrPLEXUS values educational integrity and expects all users to adhere to ethical standards. Sharing of course materials or engaging in any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
7.User Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that their account credentials are kept secure and not shared with others. Users are also expected to comply with all terms of service and Fair Usage Policy guidelines.
8. Continuous Monitoring and Updates: ADrPLEXUS will continuously monitor usage patterns and update its policies and technical measures as necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform and protect the interests of its users and content creators.
Terms & Conditions
Regular Face to Face Programs & Online Live Interactive Classes
Discipline must be observed in our coaching premises.
ADrPLEXUS will be collecting College ID Cards to confirm identity and recent passport size photographs along with the admission form.
Any change of address, mobile no. & e-mail address should be notified as an email to sales@adrplexus.com with cc to test@adrplexus.com and info@adrplexus.com
In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the Institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the Director will be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
ADrPLEXUS reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue / timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Academic Director will be final and binding on the students & the parents.
If any student doesn’t pay the Instalment of fee on due date, he/she will not be allowed to attend the classes after giving the grace of 5 days. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that they pay the fee on due date. Only on Completion of Full Fees workbooks to attend classes will be issued. If the student doesn’t complete the full fees payment on scheduled date , LIMITED access will be withdrawn for ADrPLEXUS Medical Learning APP on or before May 31,2023
In situtations of lockdown restrictions being announced by government, classes will be conducted only through online interactive lectures. Offline Classes will be resumed only when the lockdown restrictions are lifted by government . There will be no change in fees structure even if classes are converted to online live Interactive lectures. Please check our online faculty list : https://www.adrplexus.com/onlinelive/
Workbooks for respective classes can be collected from front desk and in case if the student requires additional workbook it should be purchased at an extra cost of Rs 650/- + 18% GST per workbook . Workbooks for online Live Interactive Class will be couriered to your respective courier address on MONTHLY BASIS
Transfer Policy from ONE CENTRE to ANOTHER CENTRE/ MODE -Offline to Online
Centres has to be fixed during the time of registration. Any change of centre will result in loss of group discounts and early bird registration fees structure. You will have to pay the fees structure existing at the time of transfer at the respective centre. Most of the centres are limited seat availability centres . With Social Distancing Norms, We will be admitting only limited seats in all our centres on first come basis . Once the centre admission gets filled , we will not be able to take shifting request
Doctor has to submit proper details of fee paid at the first centre duly certified from the Incharge of that centre to the new Centre Incharge where transfer is required. Whatever amount of fee or its instalments, a doctor might have paid at first centre, the rest of the fee instalments left as per the details given in the prospectus of the new centre shall be paid at the new centre where transfer is required.
If any doctor has paid fee in lump sum or in instalments and applies for transfer to a centre having higher fee than currently studying centre, then he/she shall have to pay the difference in fee between two centres whereas if a doctor after paying fee in lump sum applies for transfer to some other centre with lower fee than currently studying centre, he/she will not be refunded/paid the difference in amount of fee between the two centres. If a Doctor has attended offline classes and wants to shift to online mode in the midway of the course , please note full course fees for offline will be considered and there will be no refund of fees .
If any doctor applies for transfer to any other branch / centre / Mode from offline to Online, he / she shall have to pay `1000/- towards transfer fee at the time of submission of application. Normally, the transfer process is completed within a week’s time.
No Transfers will be allowed after the commencement of Classes at the current centre and classes will not be repeated at the shifted centre , if the classes have already begun.
No Transfers will be permitted from online mode to offline mode after commencement of batch of classes
REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSROOM COURSES
Registration Fee Refund:
No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. On Payment of Registration fees , ADrPLEXUS Medical Learning App Activation with LIMITED ACCESS will be done . However full access will be given only on complete fees payment. If the student doesn’t complete the full fees payment on scheduled date , LIMITED access will be withdrawn for ADrPLEXUS Medical Learning APP on or before May 31,2023
Target Course Fee Refund:
No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Classroom Courses.
Refund Before Start of Course:
If any doctor pays the FULL COURSE fee for any course other than Target Courses and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before the commencement of classes/course in the institute, PARTIAL REFUND OF THE COURSE FEES WILL BE DONE deducting the course cancellation charges of Rs 4500/- and registration fees Rs 13,000/- paid during the time of registration.
Refund After Start of Course:
Within 10 days: PARTIAL REFUND OF THE COURSE FEES WILL BE DONE deducting the course cancellation charges of Rs 7000/- PlUS the registration fees Rs 13,000/- paid during the time of registration.
For the Purpose of Calculation of Refund:
The date of commencement of the batch will be considered and not the date of joining of any doctor in the institute.b. The date of submission of refund application will be considered and not by the number of classes attended by the doctor nor from the date the doctor stopped coming to the institute.

Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). This document constitutes a binding contract between you (“User”) and ADRPLEXUS, a brand operating under ADRPLEXUS and providing educational services primarily in the medical field. Use of the ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership and related services is subject to adherence to these Terms of Use.
Platform and Services
The ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership provides access to a comprehensive range of recorded courses and study materials for medical students and professionals. The platform can be accessed through https://www.adrplexus.com (hereinafter, “ADRPLEXUS Website”) and the ADRPLEXUS Mobile Application (“ADRPLEXUS App”) available on Google Play and the Apple Store. Together, the ADRPLEXUS Website and App constitute the “Platform.”
Please ensure you review these Terms of Use as they govern your subscription to and use of the Platform, including any updates or modifications to our services and policies.
Eligibility
The ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership is intended for individuals who meet certain qualifications, including medical students and professionals. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to subscribe to and use the Platform.
Amendments
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform, but it remains the User’s responsibility to periodically review the latest Terms.
Use of Platform
- Account Creation
- Users must register with accurate information to access Infinity Membership features.
- It is your responsibility to maintain and update your login credentials for security and accuracy.
- Any misrepresentation of information may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
- Access and Usage
- Infinity Membership content is accessible exclusively through authorized devices and cannot be downloaded or shared.
- Hardcopy materials associated with the membership are available for purchase as add-ons. These include MRB Workbooks, Restart T&D Workbooks, and other specific course materials, each subject to additional fees.
Subscription Policies
- Payment and Refunds
- All payments are final; no refunds will be issued once payment is completed.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended solely for personal use. Any sharing or redistribution of account access will result in account termination.
- Service Modifications
- ADRPLEXUS may modify or update the content and features of the Platform at its discretion. Updates, changes, or revisions to course materials, including QBank, video lectures, and test series, will be made as necessary to ensure quality and relevance.
Fair Usage Policy
The ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership includes a Fair Usage Policy to ensure the Platform’s equitable use. Users are allocated a specific number of hours to access video content. Exceeding this limit, or sharing credentials for any purpose, will result in account review and potential suspension.
Account Suspension or Termination
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected unauthorized use, violations of these Terms of Use, or other misuse of Platform resources. If account security is compromised, notify ADRPLEXUS immediately to prevent unauthorized access.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share, copy, or reproduce any ADRPLEXUS content for commercial purposes.
- Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform materials.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security protocols.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ADRPLEXUS Platform, including logos, trademarks, videos, and study materials, is the intellectual property of ADRPLEXUS. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use Platform content solely for personal education and preparation purposes.
Privacy and Data Use
User data will be handled in accordance with ADRPLEXUS’s Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. By subscribing to ADRPLEXUS Infinity Membership, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The ADRPLEXUS Platform and its contents are provided “as is.” ADRPLEXUS makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes from using the materials and disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from their use.
Limitation of Liability
ADRPLEXUS, including its officers, employees, and partners, is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform or services provided.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, India].
