FAIR USAGE POLICY
1. Single User Access Policy
All ADRPLEXUS courses, applications, study materials, workbooks, recorded videos, and digital content are licensed exclusively for the personal use of the registered student only.
Access to the ADRPLEXUS platform is permitted on a single registered device and must not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or accessed by multiple users using the same login credentials.
Sharing account credentials, unauthorized distribution of content, screen recording, account resale, parallel usage, or any form of commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.
2. Monitoring and Security Measures
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to implement and utilize advanced monitoring systems and security technologies to safeguard academic integrity and protect copyrighted educational content.
Security mechanisms may include:
- IP address monitoring
- Device fingerprinting
- Session validation
- Login pattern analysis
- Geographic access verification
- Simultaneous login detection
- User activity monitoring
Any suspicious or unauthorized activity identified by the system may result in immediate investigation and temporary or permanent suspension of services.
3. Suspension or Termination of Access
ADRPLEXUS reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any course, application, or service without prior notice in cases involving:
- Credential sharing
- Multiple-user access
- Unauthorized content distribution
- Copyright infringement
- Academic misconduct
- Violation of institutional policies
- Disruptive or unethical behavior
No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials including videos, PDFs, workbooks, question banks, graphics, lecture content, tests, analytics, planners, schedules, and application content are the exclusive intellectual property of ADRPLEXUS.
Students are strictly prohibited from:
- Reproducing content
- Recording classes
- Uploading materials to Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, websites, or social media
- Sharing screenshots or videos
- Redistributing workbooks or notes
- Commercially exploiting ADRPLEXUS materials
Violation may result in civil and criminal legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property and cyber laws.
5. Educational Integrity
ADRPLEXUS maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards academic dishonesty and unethical practices.
Students are expected to uphold professional conduct, ethical learning practices, and institutional discipline at all times.
6. User Responsibility
Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and registered devices.
Any activity performed using the registered account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.
7. Policy Modifications
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to revise, update, modify, or amend any policy, feature, structure, or operational guideline at any time without prior notice.
Continued usage of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Discipline and Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and professional behavior within ADRPLEXUS premises, online platforms, and official communication channels.
Any misconduct, abusive behavior, harassment, disruption of academic activities, or inappropriate interaction with faculty, staff, or fellow students may result in disciplinary action including suspension or termination.
2. Identity Verification
Students may be required to submit:
- College ID Card
- Government-issued ID proof
- Passport-size photographs
- Registration documents
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted information.
3. Communication Updates
Any change in mobile number, email address, residential address, or communication details must be officially communicated through email to:
ADRPLEXUS shall not be responsible for communication failures arising due to outdated contact details.
4. Program Modifications
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to modify:
- Faculty schedules
- Course structures
- Timetables
- Venues
- Batch allocations
- Academic plans
- Examination schedules
- Teaching methodologies
- Digital platforms
Such modifications may be implemented without prior notice whenever deemed academically or operationally necessary.
5. Fee Payment Policy
Students must pay all fees within the prescribed timelines.
Failure to complete payment within the due date, including applicable grace periods, may result in:
- Suspension from classes
- Withdrawal of app access
- Restriction of workbook distribution
- Denial of academic services
Full course access shall be activated only upon completion of complete fee payment.
6. Online and Offline Mode Conversion
In situations involving government restrictions, public emergencies, force majeure events, pandemics, or unavoidable operational circumstances, ADRPLEXUS may shift classroom programs to online live interactive mode.
Such transitions shall not entitle students to fee reduction, compensation, or refund.
7. Workbooks and Study Materials
Printed workbooks and study materials shall be issued according to the course structure.
Additional copies requested by students may be charged separately along with applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Courier timelines may vary depending on operational and logistics conditions.
8. Application Access Validity
ADRPLEXUS App access shall remain valid only for the corresponding academic cycle associated with the enrolled batch.
Extension packs or renewed access plans may be purchased separately subject to prevailing policies.
TRANSFER POLICY
(Centre / Mode Transfer Policy)
1. Centre Finalization
Students are required to finalize their preferred centre or learning mode at the time of registration.
Availability of transfers shall depend on seat availability, operational feasibility, and batch capacity.
2. Fee Difference During Transfer
In cases where a student transfers to another centre or program with a higher fee structure, the student shall pay the applicable fee difference.
If transferred to a lower fee structure, no refund or adjustment shall be provided.
3. Offline to Online Transfer
Students shifting from offline classroom programs to online mode after commencement of classes shall not be eligible for fee refunds.
Offline course fees shall continue to apply.
4. Transfer Charges
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to levy administrative transfer charges for any approved transfer request.
5. Transfer Restrictions
Transfers may not be permitted:
- After commencement of classes
- Once seat capacities are exhausted
- From online to offline mode after batch initiation
- During advanced academic phases of the course
Classes already conducted in the original centre shall not be repeated in the transferred centre.
REFUND POLICY
1. Registration Fee
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Activation of limited application access and administrative processing begins immediately upon registration.
2. Short-Term / Target Courses
No refund shall be provided for short-term courses, crash courses, revision programs, test discussion programs, or target-oriented courses after enrollment.
3. Refund Before Commencement of Course
Students withdrawing before commencement of the course may be eligible for partial refund of course fees after deduction of:
- Registration fees
- Administrative charges
- Processing charges
- Cancellation fees
4. Refund After Commencement of Course
Within 10 Days of Course Commencement
Partial refund may be considered after deduction of applicable cancellation and administrative charges.
Beyond 10 Days
No refund of course fees or registration fees shall be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Refund Calculation Policy
For all refund calculations:
- Official batch commencement date shall be considered
- Date of refund application submission shall be considered
- Number of classes attended shall not be considered
- Date on which the student stopped attending classes shall not be considered
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ADRPLEXUS shall not be liable for:
- Internet disruptions
- Device incompatibility
- Technical failures
- Third-party service interruptions
- Delayed courier services
- Examination postponements
- Government decisions
- Force majeure events
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
ADRPLEXUS reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for recovery of damages, intellectual property violations, cyber offences, and breach of institutional policies.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in any ADRPLEXUS course, application, program, or service, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, rules, guidelines, and terms stated herein.
