 1. Please share your views about ADrPLEXUS

The PGI exams are excellent to build a strategy. PGI is all about making a favourable balance between the positives and negatives, and ADrPlexus helped to achieve just that

2. What was your study Plan?

Cover all subjects possible, read textbooks, and lots of mock exams.

3. How many hours did u study ?

Initially 14-15 hours a day, the last few months made it close to 18.

4. Your tips for success

Hardwork, and lots of luck. And reading all the good standard textbooks. Never make a guidebook your bible.

5. During your preparation, did you ever doubt your ability to succeed in it?

Almost always.

6. How much time do you think one requires for serious preparation for this examination?

6-8 months

7. When did you seriously start preparing for this exam?

1st Jan 2015, the day my internship ended

8. Did you face the problem of volatile memory? If so, how did you deal with it?

Yes, the only way around it is revision. And doing mock exams, because that is also a kind of revision

9. What was your daily timetable during the preparation? Were you able to stick to the timetable strictly?

To put in maximum of my waking hours into studying and reduce distractions. Yes I

was able to stick to it, as I was not working anywhere, just preparing.

10. What is your advice to the future aspirants?

Work hard and believe in yourself, God will take care of the rest.

11. Which books did you read for the theory part?

Harrison, Robbins and The new Park (23rd) were the textbooks I followed. Apart from that all the guidebooks that are routinely recommended by everybody.

12. What was your strategy for the exam day?

To mark minimum negatives, because eventually your negatives will bring you down. I didn't make many wild guesses.

13. What was ur style of answering question. Whether you started from question no 1 and ended with last question or started from middle of the question paper.

From the beginning till the end.

14. Did u underwent the phase of depression. How did u overcome it?

Probably yes, but my parents and friends helped me pull through.

15. What was your strategy for MAY 2015?

Same- minimum negatives.

17. What are the do’s and don’ts in exam

For PGI, don't get nervous if you can't answer a question, or if it seems Greek to you. And please don't make any wild

guesses, especially if you're well prepared.
